We offer you comfortably furnished, cool studio apartments, located in the new, intimate and modern facility "KOŁO-BRZEGU", put into use in the fourth quarter of 2020. The intimate atmosphere of the facility is created by the modern design of the building, as well as the Wellness SPA zone offering relaxation in a jacuzzi with hydro massage, sauna and relaxation zone with the so-called "Green meadow", which allows you to tan in skin-friendly conditions. Those spending their time with children are invited to the FUN zone, which is equipped with a 65-inch TV and various board games as well as Playstation.
Studio apartments consist of a large living room with a spacious kitchen, a dining area with a table with four chairs, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower cabin. From the living room, you can go out to a balcony equipped with garden furniture, overlooking the garden and external relaxation zones, where the space between the buildings is covered with seaside sand, on which there are Baltic beach baskets available for guests. Thanks to the large windows, the apartment is filled with natural light.
The equipment of the premises includes, in the living room: a fold-out corner, a fold-out sofa, and a single fold-out armchair, a bench, a coffee table. The excellent location of the district provides easy access (car, public transport, bicycles) to the center of Kołobrzeg and nearby attractions, such as the Bread Open-Air Museum, the Western Park, the Aquapark in Ustronie Morskie, and the Hortulus Gardens in Dobrzyca.
The international Bike the Baltic bicycle route, connecting Kołobrzeg with Ustronie Morskie, runs through Podczele. In the vicinity of our apartments, there is a Kołobrzeg City Bike station, which allows you to rent bikes, Bagicz airport, restaurants, grocery stores, a post office, and at the entrance to the beaches, a 10-minute walk to the Beach A bar famous for its delicious cakes and drinks.
