DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING AND NEIGHBORHOOD:

The apartment is located in Kolobrzeg in the attractive Polanki estate.
The building has a fitness room and a room for children. On the estate there is an outdoor swimming pool with heated water.
A beautiful sandy beach is located in just 450 m from the apartment!
The presence of numerous shopping and dining outlets will cater to all your daily needs, so you can relax and enjoy all the charms of the resort. The nearest restaurant is just a 2-minute walk from the estate, and the nearest grocery store - 800 m. To further explore Kolobrzeg, you can rent a bicycle from the rental shop 200 m from the apartment, and ride under the lighthouse (4 km), on the promenade (3.5 km) or to the oceanarium (2.8 km).

The outdoor pool on the estate will be open from June 15 to September 15. In June and September, opening hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (1 lifeguard with a 30-minute technical break from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm).

In July and August, the pool's opening hours are from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm with two lifeguards.

Wooden stiles from balconies will be gradually mounted - the space will be secured only with caution tape. Please do not use the balcony, and if necessary, please do so with care and attention.

Traveling with small children? An extra travel crib and highchair are available upon request.
