The condominium is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood near the city center 4. On the first floor, an east-facing apartment with eternal panorama awaits its guests, ensuring a peaceful rest. The balcony of the apartment, consisting of one room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and toilet, offers a beautiful view of the surrounding green family area. There is no elevator in the house. The apartment is quiet, far from the busy main road (it is located 300 m from the inner ring road, i.e. from the intersection of Füredi út-Stadion utca), it is only 400 m from Pannon University, the nearest shop is 100 m- re, 2-3 restaurants are located 50-100 m away.
The kitchen and living room windows are equipped with mosquito nets, and the living room with blinds.
A double bed for 2 people and a sofa bed for 2 people ensure comfortable rest for up to 4 people. (Party cannot be held!)
For the sake of the other residents of the house, there is a silence order from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please refrain from making noise.

It is located in a particularly beautiful and rich natural, cultural and historical environment. ​It is worth visiting here for the sights of the city in itself, but the surrounding area also has plenty of attractions. Its main attractions are the Old Town, the castle, the green park area below the castle (the Monasteries and Gardens), and the zoo. There are many attractions and hiking spots in the vicinity of Veszprém.
To the north, the Lankan mountains of the Bakony, to the southwest, the wonderful hiking spots and witness mountains of the Balaton highlands, as well as the water world of Balaton, are just an arm's length away. Veszprém is an ideal starting point for exploring the area, for excursions and tours. In winter, there is a great opportunity to do sports on the ski slopes of nearby Eplény (17 km), while in the evenings you can relax in an urban environment. ​Various sports opportunities (fitness, squash, swimming pool, tennis, etc.), museums, theater, cinema are located within 1-2 km of the city, and in nearby settlements (adventure park, bobsleigh, golf, sailing, skiing, etc.) 10 - They are available within a distance of 15 km.
