"Felszerelt konyha, jó klíma,wifi."
"Büdös, záptojás szagú a melegvíz.Foltos paplan,nem úgy tűnt mintha az érkezésünk előtt ki lett volna mosva. Semmilyen illata nem volt,illetve tapintásra sem tűnt frissen mosottnak.A stég előtti vizet benőtte valamilyen vizinövény,nem igazán volt kitakaritva,emiatt halvesztésünk is volt."

Köszönjük szépen az értékelést, nagyon fontos számunkra a vendégeink véleménye, különösen, ha az által, a következő vendégek részére kellemesebbé tehetjük a vendégélményt.
A meleg víz készítése során a bojlerben valóban kellemetlen szagú lehet a meleg víz, de ez a tiszta, jó minőségű ivóvíz élvezeti értékét nem befolyásolja és a folyamatos melegvíz használat során meg is szűnik. Nagyobb gondot fordítunk ezután a vendég ezirányú tájékoztatására.
Különös gondot fordítunk a tisztaságra, hiszen tudjuk, mennyire fontos ez mindenkinek és örömünkre szolgál, hogy ezzel kapcsolatban még soha nem volt panasz. Természetesen a hófehér, frissen mosott ágynemű minden esetben magas hőfokú mosáson és szükség szerint fehérítésen és újabb mosáson esik keresztül. Így tudjuk megtartani a hófehér textilt. Az öblítők használatát valóban mérsékeltük, vendégeink igényeinek próbálunk megfelelni ezzel is, az éjszakai pihenés tekintetében igény lett és fontosabb lett az illatok mérséklése. Úgy gondoljuk, hogy ha nem is volt kifejezetten illatos, de makulátlanul tiszta kellett, hogy legyen. Krepp anyag lévén a vasalás itt nem érvényesül.
Az RSD aktív élővíz, a stég előtt valóban elszaporodott kissé a sulyom, de ez a vízinövény védett és az irtása büntetést ró maga után. A horgászsás során a növénytelepek szelíd félrehúzása viszont megengedett és tanácsos is a halvesztés mérséklése miatt.
Ön a teljes találkozásmentességet választotta a foglalása tekintetében, az emailes és a telefonos kapcsolattartás során minden kérésére és kérdésére választ kapott, ezért nem tartom korrektnek a 0-ás értékelését a személyzet tekintetében.
