For weekends, minimum 2 nights, only full (4 rooms).

4 rooms on the first floor: 1 triple with its own bathroom, 3 doubles with their own bathroom.
On the ground floor, with TOTALLY SEPARATE entrances, the (discreet) hosts live.
The hall (34 sqm) or the kitchen (25 sqm) can be used instead of the living room.

Extra large beds, slim flat screen TV, room sizes 15 - 20 sqm/room.
Kitchen for tourists (upstairs), fully furnished and equipped, with dining area.

In terms of domestic animals (liked by children), 3 dogs (large) and cats (in their own yard).
All categories of animals are accepted and all type of dogs.

Note: tourists who cause material damage will bear the cost of the respective damage (including damage caused by children and/or their pets/animals).
Firecrackers and/or fireworks are NOT accepted!!!

The advance of 30% of the full amount (the invoice is issued) is not lost, but the stay is rescheduled, by mutual agreement.
The advance is lost only if you cancel for 3 days before check-in date and/or for No-show.
