Area Bran-Moeciu

Bran-Moeciu area is located between the Bucegi Mountains and Piatra Craiului Mountains. Commune Moeciu is composed of 6 villages: Moeciu de Jos, Moeciu de Sus, Cheia, Magura, Drumul Carului and Pestera.
The village Moeciu de Jos is located in the Brasov county, on DN 73 Brasov-Pitesti, 30 km from Brasov, 25 km from Predeal and 8 km from the Bran Castle, on the national road that connects Brasov to Pitesti known as "Corridor Rucar - Bran".
The village Moeciu de Sus is located only at 10 km from the Bran Castle and is the town providing the best access to Bucegi Plateau.

Access way from Brasov (30 km): :
Brasov - Cristian - Rasnov - Tohan - Bran - Moeciu.

Access way from Bucharest: :
Bucharest - Ploiesti - Sinaia - Predeal - Rasnov - Bran - Moeciu
