"Camerele nu erau curățate și nici între zilele de cazare le-au curățat. Bine că am avut saci de gunoi în mașină, altfel stăteam cu gunoi în cameră (am avut un copil cu noi, pampers, etc). Din prima secundă în care am intrat în cazare am avut probleme, spuneau că avansul nu a fost primit, deși au confirmat primirea avansului în aplicație, și mi-au cerut să îl plătesc din nou și să cer anularea transferului bancar. Jos în restaurant consumația și cazarea le poți plăti doar cash sau prin revolut (către un cont personal, nu de business), de plată cu card/facturi, bonuri nu au auzit, se mirau."
