SILBA GUEST HOUSE

Silba guest house is located in Brasov county, in the village of Vad, no. 352 on DN73A road, at 4km far from DN1 road Brasov-Fagaras.

The guest house has 6 rooms with a total of 7 beds. In two of the rooms there is the possibility to add an extra bed for one person. All rooms are heated, with their own bathroom and are equipped with cable TV and free Wi-Fi.
Also there are 10 parking spots in the yard.

The tourist accommodation consists of:
- five rooms with double beds and one room with two single beds;
- two of the rooms can be converted into an apartment with one double bed and two single beds;
- three of the rooms have balcony;
- a living room equipped with TV, which is normally used as dining room, it also can be used as conference room or for team building;
- fully equipped kitchen;
- barbeque area with enough space for 40 people;
- swimming pool during the summer;
- playing area for children.

Tourist attractions nearby:
- Daffodils Meadow, natural preservation (biggest in Europe), where in May the daffodils bloom on an area of 395ha, located at a distance of 3km;
- Cave Monastery Sinca Veche (the temple of fate), located at a distance of about 5.5km;
- Bucium Monastery, at a distance of about 9km;
- The Fortified Lutheran Evangelical Church in the village of Halmeag, at a distance of 7km;
- Fagaras Fortress, located at a distance of about 18km.

During the summer we can organize rides with a horse drawn carriage, and during the winter you can enjoy sleigh rides.
During the winter holidays in our village, the old traditions of carols are preserved by the village boys dressed in traditional clothes. They walk through the village and sing old songs about Christmas, accompanied by a group of instrumentalists.

The owners can provide bicycles with which you can stroll around.
You can visit the surrounding sheepfolds where you can taste and purchase traditional products.
