"Niestety jestem zawiedziony, nocleg zarezerwowany z miesięcznym wyprzedzeniem i wpłatą zadatku dla większej ilości osób. W pierwszy dzień świąt dostałem informację, o braku możliwości zakwaterowania, co dla 3 rodzin z dziećmi było katastrofą, ponieważ każdy nastawił się na wyjazd, a znalezienie dla 10 osób noclegu w tym okresie, w podobnej lokalizacji było niemożliwe. Szkoda dzieci, które nastawiły się na wyjazd na narty, a pensjonat w tak późnym terminie odwołał zakwaterowania. Zadatek został zwrócony jednokrotnie, jednak z winy wynajmującego powinien być podwójny."

"Pensjonat bardzo ładny, godny polecenia, wszędzie czysto, pokoje wygodne, urządzone w stylu góralskim. Na tarasie, z widokiem na panoramę Tatr można odpocząć i napić się pysznej kawy. Obsługa w karczmie obok uśmiechnięta i profesjonalna. Obiady bardzo smaczne i niedrogie. Właściciele bardzo sympatyczni życzliwi i pomocni. Czas spędzony w tym pensjonacie oceniam jako bardzo udany. Z pewnością tu wrócimy i polecimy znajomym. Gospodarzom i personelowi Karczmy dziękujemy i serdecznie pozdrawiamy☺️"
