"W jacuzzi letnia woda i niedziałające funkcje. Nie działająca mikrofala. Obiekt oferuje wiele atrakcji, które nie działają lub są gorsze niż na zdjęciach."

"Byliśmy na tygodniowym pobycie feryjnym. Wyzywienie wyśmienite, dużo nawet bardzo dużo.Smaczne, domowe(ciut za tłusto jak dla mnie).

Na początku przyjazdu zgłosiliśmy do recepcji brak żarówki oraz uszkodzoną słuchawkę prysznicową. O ile żarówka znalazła się od razu, to przez caly pobyt nikt nie pofatygował się z wymianą słuchawki(rozumiemy, że nie jest to produkt który każdy posiada na wymianę od razu ale nie widze problemu podjechać do sklepu i zakupić...). W pobycie mielismy zjazd oponami gratis, gdybysmy sami się nie upomnieli o to, nikt w recepcji nas nie poinformował sam z siebie. Także o kulig, który był w ofercie musielismy się sami dopytać(pominę, że Pani z obrażoną miną powiedziała, że jak będzie wiadomo wywiesi informacje. A wystarczyło na początku przy meldowaniu dać taką informację).

Jest świetlica gdzie można pobrać w bilarda, piłkarzyki,tenis stołowy, jest mały kącik dla dzieci. To plus ale przydałby się przegląd urządzeń i zabawek m.in kije do bilarda uszkodzone(jeden połamany,..), piłeczki do ping ponga połamane etc.

Przy pensjonacie przystanek ski-bus, jest suszarnia na sprzęt narciarski. Na ostatnim pietrze ogólnodostepna kuchnia, jest mikrofala i czajnik( jeden kontakt, więc nie mozna równoczesnie korzystać z obu urządzen), lodówka. Na stanie różne zestawy kieliszków, niestety brak jest talerzyków, szklaneczek czy sztuccy a jadąc na ferie do pensjonatu gdzie jest ogólnodostępna kuchnia raczej nikt nie zabiera całej kuchennej zastawy.

Myślę, że za taką cenę można w Białce znaleźć lepszy nocleg.
