Prices and servicesPrices of accommodation and complementary services are written in the presentation materials of the provider (website, prospects etc.). The provider is entitled to change the agreed conditions of the stay in cases that can’t be controlled (e.g. intervention from higher power).2. Cancellation by the customerThe customer is entitled to cancel the reservation anytime before the arrival. The cancellation requires a written electronic form (an e-mail with proof of delivery) to the address recepce@penzionkorida.cz. The date and time of sending the email is the date and time of the cancellation. For larger groups, individual conditions for cancellation fees may be agreed upon.The provider shall not charge the customer the above stated cancellation fees, if the customer could not benefit from the agreed services for these reasons: death in the family, hospitalisation of the customer or a member of their family, severe disease, draft notice, natural disaster. The customer is obliged to present evidence of the above stated matters to the provider no later than 3 days from when they took place..3. SanctionsThe provider reserves the right to charge the customer for any violation of the accommodation rules as follows:For disturbing the peace at times from 10 PM to 6 AM, the fine is 3,000 CZK;For taking belongings from the premises, the fine is 1,500 CZK;For damage to the room equipment or the common area of the Korida guest house, the demanded fine will be as high as the compensation costs;For violating the smoking ban in the entirety of the premises, the fine is 5,000 CZK;For violating the number of guests, for which the room is presented, the fine is 1,500 CZK.3. ValidityThese terms and conditions are a necessary part of the booking and of the accommodation voucher.
