1. Check-in: from 14:00-19:00, check-out 8:00-10:00. Check-in after 19:00 is possible after agreement with the reception. 2. Contracting parties. The mutual contractual relationship between the participants and the accommodation operator is governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and the Commercial Code and is regulated in these general conditions. Prices and their changes, cancellation of the stay by the customer, change of reservation. The customer is bound by the price indicated in the booking confirmation or email offer (hereinafter referred to as the voucher). Cancellation of the stay requires a written or electronic form. Cancellation fees are charged per room - for cancellations: 7 days before the arrival date - free of charge (the day of arrival is not included in the period). If you cancel late or do not arrive at the hotel, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation. The hotel accepts card payments and reserves the right to temporarily withhold the amount 10 days before your stay (pre-authorisation of payment). Validity These "General Terms and Conditions" are valid for the participants of the stay at Penzion Krumlov, Stinná 620, 381 01 Český Krumlov, ID 00476404. Prices and services The approximate prices of accommodation and any other services are listed in the presentation materials of the accommodation provider (website, brochures, etc.).However, the price that is stated in the accommodation voucher (hereinafter referred to as the voucher) is binding for the customer.The scope of contractually agreed services and prices is binding for the scope of their breakdown in the voucher. The accommodation provider is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond his control (e.g. force majeure). 2. Cancellation of the stay by the customer The customer is entitled to cancel the reservation at any time before arrival. Cancellation of the stay requires electronic cancellation in writing (email with acknowledgement of receipt) to info@penzionkrumlov.cz. The date and time of the email is decisive for determining the time of cancellation. 2. For larger groups, individual cancellation fees may be negotiated. 3. The accommodation provider will not charge the customer the above cancellation fees if he/she could not use the agreed services for the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or a member of his/her family, serious illness, call-up order, natural disaster. The customer is obliged to provide written proof of the aforementioned facts to the accommodation provider within 3 days of their occurrence. 3. Validity These terms and conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order and the accommodation voucher.
