The accommodation is located in the heart of downtown Debrecen.
The area around the accommodation has numerous restaurants, grocery stores, bus stops, tram stops, and bars. We also welcome families with children over 6 years of age. Located in the heart of the city center, the large-scale apartment is available to guests with a sophisticated, fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, a panoramic view.
The rooms are fully equipped, the kitchen is mechanized.
The apartment has a surveillance and security camera that monitors entry and exit for the safety of the guests. (Watching the front door only!!!)
The apartment has internet, cable TV, coffee and tea maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric stove, oven, cpl. set of dishes, tableware. The sights of Debrecen, the main square, can be reached within 100 m.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, 1 kitchen and 1 large living room. If our guests require the entire house, there is also the possibility of accommodating 2 people in the living room.
We recommend it to all demanding people, groups of friends, and families who want Debrecen's lively programs, or a quiet walk and relaxation in the famous Debrecen Nagyerdei Park and zoo. The spa of Hajdúszoboszló is 25 km, the sights of Hortobágy 35 km.
A key safe can be used by arrangement. We welcome our guests with flexible service and a fair attitude. In the two bedrooms, there are 2 double beds for 2 people with separate bedding, so 4 people can be comfortably accommodated.
The parking lots in front of the apartment can be used free of charge on weekdays after 6 p.m., on Saturdays after 1 p.m., on Sundays, until 8 a.m. on Mondays.
There is a tram stop, a bus stop and a taxi station 50 meters from the entrance of the apartment.

On this forum, I also ask all street ladies and their male friends and acquaintances to find another accommodation to practice their activities, because they do not receive apartment keys with us, as their activities entail criminal liability, which we are obliged to report to the authorities with immediate effect!
