Présház-nyaraló Vászoly Öreghegy

The settlement of Vászoly hides in the deepest part of a small valley, its name probably comes from the name of Prince Vazul Árpád-házi. After the Turkish devastation, it was resettled in 1689 with Hungarians from the area, who were mainly engaged in viticulture. The ruins of the church from the time of Árpád Vászoly can still be seen next to the cemetery. The Roman Catholic church towering over the village was built in 1803 in classicist style. The Présház holiday home is located on the Öreghegy in Vászoly, at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level, on top of the vineyard hill, near the forest border. The panorama of Balaton is wonderful, below us is Balatonudvari, to the left is Tihany. A quiet, peaceful natural environment with vineyards, a large lawn, a sculpture park, an oak grove, and large oak forests nearby. The green hiking trail passes in front of the house.
The press house has a traditional structure, thick stone walls, a wooden slab covered on top, and a reed roof. On the ground floor, there is a room with a view of Lake Balaton, a kitchen-dining room facing the mountain, and then a vaulted stone cellar divided into two parts, with a bathroom opening from the first part. The attic can be accessed via the stairs from the kitchen. There are two rooms in the attic, a larger room overlooking Lake Balaton and a smaller room facing a mountain, with a hallway and bathroom between the two.
The guest house has a well-equipped kitchen, rooms and bathrooms. There are two terraces, one southwest and one southeast. Building z has full power supply and piped water (cold, hot). The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a washing machine, shower, toilet and sink, mirror, toilet equipment, garbage collector. The kitchen has a sink, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob. In addition, there is a coffee maker, microwave oven, tea maker, refrigerator, with a freezer section, as well as a full range of dishes, plates, cutlery, and glasses, as well as a comfortably sized dining table for 8 people.
