"Camerele arata acceptabil."

"1. Cand am ajuns la pensiune, desi am convenit ora sosirii nu era nimeni. Poarta era incuiata cu lacat. Am sunat gazda de 4 ori si nu a raspuns. Intr-un tarziu am primit un SMS "vine cineva". 2. Desi in camera era frig, gazda a spus ca nu porneste caldura si ca "mai putem pune o patura pe noi". 3. Micul dejun era cam cat pentru o printesa de 7-8 ani. Pentru noi ca si adulti a fost total minuscul. Cafea, apa chioara sau ceai nu au fost incluse. Am cerut noi 2 cafele care au adaugat 24 de lei la cei 70lei cat a costat micul dejun. Macar daca era ceva de capul acelor cafele..."

Bună ziua, îmi pare rău sa văd că scrieti ca nu am reușit sa va mulțumim cerintele, despre punctul 1 în care ne-ați așteptat 15 minute ne-am cerut scuze din acel moment. La punctul 2 sunt dezamăgit sa vad cum niște adulți pot scrie asa minciuni, v-am oferit telecomanda pentru aerul condiționat sa il porniti pe caldura iar pe pat era o pilota de iarna. Nu am spus ca vom da noi drumul la caldura.3Micul dejun este cantitatea standard, nici nu ati servit tot și spuneți ca era foarte mic. Cafeaua va pot contrazice ca nu este apa chioara. Preturile sunt afișate și pe site-ul TRAVELMINIT. Va multumim
