"the location of the house is perfect and at 300m to the Balaton lake. You have a big fenced garden where the kids can play outside games. the bathrooms are big, and there are two of them. And also 3 toilets. A large kitchen, but not so fully equipped. A bbq is available. Nice and big terrace. The bedrooms are big, and comfortable beds."
"No airco available, no washing machine. A lot of spiders in the house, not so clean. The kitchen is big, but not that clean. The gas stove is clean at first sight, but not if you look further, it is very dirty on the sides. The pots that are present are in a musty cupboard and are old. The drain has a leak and smells very bad. The house is missing a seat in the living room. difficult to place because of the layout of the house, but on rainy days it may be less pleasant to stay."
