"The hotel is charmingly furnished, and each room is different. The service staff is excellent."

"We had big problems with the room next door. We first stayed in the Ballet Deluxe. The neighbours terrorised us by repeatedly slamming the front door and banging on the walls. It was so frightening on our first afternoon and evening that my mother was frightened. We complained to reception the same day and were given another room. Unfortunately, it was not a deluxe room but a standard one, as we slept in separate beds as mother and daughter. The next day we were given a room of the same standard (Flamingo, three beds, but smaller than the Ballet Deluxe). The surprise on departure: we were asked to pay full price, even though the staff had already told us we would get a discount! It was very disappointing and incomprehensible."

"Parkolás ingyenes, ha épp marad hely abból a kb. 4 db ingyenes parkolóhelyből... A reggeli első nap rendben volt, de második nap már nem volt narancslé és a legrosszabb, hogy "hűtőhideg" virsli volt kirakva reggel 7-kor. Miért nem lehetett legalább megmelegíteni kicsit?! A kenyér sem volt másnap már az igazi, de a kávé viszont jó."
