We warmly welcome guests who seek to party, bathe, and unwind in a modern, luxurious environment. Our spacious and comfortable apartment has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (which can be divided into 4 separate living areas) with balconies and terraces. It will undoubtedly meet all your needs.
Jacuzzi, grilling and stewing options are available, and you don't even have to leave your pet at home. You can bring them along free of charge so they won't miss out on the relaxation! :)
A wireless party speaker is provided so you can listen to your favorite songs, and there's an additional microphone if you want to karaoke.
Whether it's a birthday celebration, bachelor or bachelorette party, team building event, family gathering, or simply a sleepover house party, you can find everything at Ruben Guest House!
If needed, we can also provide chauffeur services for carefree entertainment.

Demjén is home to one of the country's, if not the most famous thermal baths, the Cascade Cave Bath. It welcomes guests year-round who are seeking relaxation and offers outdoor night bathing opportunities that last until 2 am. Moreover, it is located only 250 meters away from the accommodation. Additionally, Demjén lies at the foot of the renowned Eger wine region and is approximately a 10-minute drive from the city of Eger. For guests who also want to go hiking, the Bükk and Mátra Mountains are easily accessible as well.
