Siedlisko pod Kasztanem is an idyllic corner of the village surrounded by old trees. We offer a year-round house for exclusive use of up to 16 people, away from the city hustle. We are located an hour drive away from Warsaw, Lublin and Kazimierz Dolny.

In the house, on each level, a number of attractions await you. The ground floor with a 36m2 salon has a pool table, TV, two large sofas and a coffee table, where enthusiasts of board games and card games can play and have fun together. The lower floor is equipped with underfloor heating. On autumn and winter evenings, a fireplace will make the time of reading and relaxing more pleasant. On the first floor there are: a professional dart set, which allows up to 16 players to compete at the same time, and a football table, which will ensure unforgettable moments at any time of the year.

We know the importance of a good rest during any trip! That is why we have prepared 3 bedrooms for our guests in the 150m2 house. One 13m2 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and two 17m2 bedrooms, both with two single beds that can be joined together (180cm) and a sofa bed (130cm). In one of the 17m2 bedrooms there is an additional double bed (120cm). At the request of guests before arrival, we can prepare a single extra bed. We can also accommodate larger groups, for whom there are two sofas with a sleeping function on the ground floor (both 140 cm). We have prepared a set of towels and bed linen for each guest. However, remember to bring your own bath towels to the Wellness Zone. For your convenience, there are 2 bathrooms with a toilet and one separate toilet in the house. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.

We give you the whole house with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven with induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, small coffee pot), which will handle the craziest culinary ideas. Cook on your own or grill as much as you like. You can eat on the covered terrace or in the house at a table that can seat 14 people. Do you want to light a fire at night or at sunset? Nothing easier! We specially designated space for this.

if you want to eat out, the city of Garwolin with a wide gastronomic offer is only 10 minutes away by car. The nearest grocery store is Lewiatan, 1.2 km away.

Outside, have fun in the 3000m2 large garden or use the bikes we provide and explore the surrounding forests and meadows. 4 nature reserves in the area of ​​4 - 20 km are waiting for you. Wellness time? A 6-person, year-round Jacuzzi with 86 jets and a sauna with a panoramic window are at your disposal. Light up the grill and a bonfire with friends, experience an unforgettable time.

We also took care of attractions for your children. Suggestions for children: football field, volleyball court, basketball basket, badminton rackets, petanque boules, a playground for children. Splashing in the Jacuzzi with a waterfall is an attraction for children and adults. Kids here put their phones aside. But it is not all! You can also plan all-day trips to the Farma Iluzji and Majaland amusement parks, which are easily accessible via the S17 route.

Interesting places to visit? We are an hour's drive from Kazimierz Dolny, Lublin and Warsaw. The nearest beach is a located 10 minutes by car "Mamut", and the Family Amusement Park Wodna Kraina is located in Wilga (22 minutes). On site, we recommend shorter trips to Garwolin, the castle in Czersk, the Czartoryski Museum in Puławy, Nałęczów and other places known to local residents, and there is a lot to discover! In winter, we do not slow down - we suggest a trip to the ski slopes in the vicinity of Kazimierz Dolny, and upon your return, a jacuzzi, sauna, trees covered with snow and a movie in front of a fireplace with a glass of warm drink.

Important information before your arrival:
1. Sending a signed scan of the regulations of Siedlisko before arrival or signing at the time of arrival is necessary to check in at the property.
2. A deposit is required for check-in. It amounts to PLN 1,600. If there is no damage to the condition of the property, after check out, the entire deposit will be refunded within 2 business days.
3. The gate has a GSM module that allows it to be opened with a mobile phone. Prior to arrival, the guest will be asked to provide the guest's telephone number(s) in order to grant them access to open the gate.
4. Towels for the bathroom are waiting for guests in the property. Please remember to bring towels to the wellness area.
5. During the stay, the host reserves the right to carry out the necessary garden works depending on the weather conditions (at least once a week) and Jacuzzi maintenance. Information regarding the day of arrival is set 24 hours in advance.
6. For the safety of guests, the outside area of ​​the property is monitored by video surveilence
