Siki Nyaralóház Tihany

Siki Nyaralóház can be found on one of the most spectacular site in Tihany, Cserhegy, in quiet, calm
environment. Vineyards and orchards are all around. Although in the cellar wine is not common, but
we do look after one little plot of grapes. A spacious stairway leads upstrairs, where the pleasingly
furnished studio apartment is found. It provides place for 2 adult + 1 children comfortably. One
double bed and a chairbed is available. On the other side of the room a kitchen/cooking corner and a
four person dining table is at service. Separately in the bathroom a shower, and of course a toilet is
provided. It is a perfect fit for couples and families. Even though a wood burning boiler is part of the
furnishing, it’s usage is limited, and in case of cold, wintry weather the heating is not sufficient, but
most of the year an air-conditioner is at disposal (at an additional cost) for both heating and cooling.
TV and Wi-fi is also given. From the window and the terrace a fascinating view can be seen: on the
right side the ferry, and on the left the eastern bay of the Balaton. The garden and the vineyard
needs regular tending so meeting with us repeatedly is inevitable, but these works mean no
disturbance, nor noise, it won’t affect the repose of our guests.
The parking lot is next to the building.
Firepit is not available yet, but we can find a way to make the BBQing happen. (As long as the reed
roofing is safe. )
The Abbey, village, supermarket and the beach is a 30 minute walk away in the worst case, so it can
be approached by foot as well.

The only commotion that might disturb your stay are the festivals, which take place in Zamárdi so we
would like to highlight these dates: Balaton Sound- 3 – 7 of July, Red Bull Air Race- 12 – 14 of August,
Strand Festival- 20 – 24 of August.

If the payment does not
arrive in three work days, the booking will be cancelled.

It must be submitted in written form. The cancellation prices are the following:
30 days before the holiday’s starting date it’s free of charge.
29-14 days before the holiday’s starting date it’s one day’s price.
1-14 days before the holiday’s starting date the down payment must be payed.

The house is only available in case of 3-days stay or more. Only exceptions are preseason and off-
season bookings, and if the booking arrives 5 days before the booked date. The price for 2
guests/night are the following:
60 Euro from October until May.
70 Euro in June and September.
80 Euro in July and August.
Additional prices in the case of children:
0 Euro if the child is 3 years old or younger.
20 Euro if the child is 3-16 years old.
The price covers of course the water and electricity bills, and the usage of the bedding. TV and Wi-fi
is available. We do not accept pets. The price of the air conditioner is 1000 Huf/day. The overall price
does not include the resort fee, it has to be paid separately.

If anything on the property suffers damage, the residents are hold financially responsible for it.
The established damages’ price must be paid by the guests on the day of departure.
