Sosnowa Odnowa - domek letniskowy

The house is located in a summer resort on a large fenced plot, for the exclusive use of guests. The lake is approx. 100 m away.
The house consists of 2 separate bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a kitchenette, a sofa with the possibility of sleeping, and a bathroom. There is also a terrace with a seating set and a table.
The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a two-ring hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and a portafilter coffee machine. The kitchen is also equipped with pots, plates, glasses, glasses and cutlery. There is a shower in the bathroom.
On the property there is a sauna (electrically heated) and a wood-burning tub, a fireplace, a grill and an outdoor swing.
We accept pets in the cottage. The fence is tight, so no dog can escape downstairs. The only way to escape is to jump over it. The fence was tested by a clever little escape dog and was not breached. There is a water bowl for dogs in the cottage.
Quiet hours apply on the premises. We also kindly ask you to respect the rules of coexistence with your neighbors. We do not organize parties / hen and stag parties.

The use of the sauna and tub is additionally payable. For the sauna, in the case of a stay of 4 nights, the fee is PLN 125, in the case of a stay of 7 nights, PLN 175. The fee for the tub is PLN 125 for 4 days and PLN 175 for 7 days. In order to use the bath, guests must light the stove themselves.

We invite you to:
- minimum 4 nights during holidays,
- on holiday for 7 nights,
- on holidays and long weekends for a minimum of 3-4 nights.
Reservation of the cottage consists in paying 40% of the price to the indicated account. The rest is paid upon arrival at the place by blik or bank transfer.
