This beautiful stone villa was NEWLY renovated in 2023. Care was taken to ensure that everything remained in a Mediterranean style. The villa is located in Grizane, a small town near the famous holiday resort of Crikvenica.This is divided into three floors and the beautiful outdoor area.

On the second floor there is another cozy bedroom with a private bathroom.All bedrooms are equipped with televisions and air conditioners.
Just opposite the access road there is a parking space and a garden with a swimming pool which belong to this dream villa.
The centerpieces here are the refreshing swimming pool and a whirlpool. A covered terrace with a summer kitchen invites you to share a barbecue with family and friends. There are 4 sun loungers by the pool area to relax on.
