"Mind a közvetítő, mind a tulajdonos nagyon kedves, segítőkész emberek, odafigyelnek a vendégekre. A kert kellemes méretű, a pázsit gyönyörű, a medence kisgyerekkel megfelelő méretű, viszont 150 cm mély a vize, az én kislányom kicsit félt, hogy nem ér le a lába, de megoldottuk. Sajnos nem a legnagyobb hőségben mentünk - furcsa egy nyarunk van idén... - , így a vize hideg volt, de azért amikor tudtuk, használtuk. A kert tele van szőlővel, a kocsibeálló szőlővel van végigfuttatva, mondtuk is a férjemmel, hogy legalább a kocsi is nyaralhat egy kicsit. A pincében mosógép és felfújható játékok vannak, amit kedvünkre használhattunk. A házban egy nagy nappali-konyha tér van alul egy kis szobával, az emeleten pedig két hálószoba. Az ágyak kényelmessége elfogadható, az ágynemű tiszta volt. A fenti szobák modernebbek, a ház többi része nem. A wc kicsi. A fürdőszoba, wc takarítását kicsit komolybban vehette volna a takarító, de az is lehet, hogy megtörtént, csak egyszerűen régiek. A nappali helyiség tágas, a konyha felszerelt. Az emelet fából készült, galériajellegű, a fent közlekedés igen hangos, a szobák is gipszkartonnal vannak elválasztva, nekünk ez nem okozott gondot, de azért a gyerek elalvása után, igyekeztünk csendesen létezni. Az ablakok nyitása kicsit macerás, sok nyílászárón rács és zsalugáter van, ez leginkább a teraszra kijutásnál volt bosszantó. Viszont megérte, mert a terasz nagyszerű: kitekerhető napernyő, pad asztallal, 3 napágy, szárítóállvány, minden volt, ami kell. Éjszaka tudtuk nézni a csillagokat a napágyakból fekve, nagyon hangulatos volt. A környék nyugodt, a szomszédokat szinte nem is láttuk. Önálló házat kerestünk, ahol csak mi lehetünk, és ez meg is valósult. Összességében jól éreztük magunkat és ár-érték arányban mindenképp megfelelő volt a számunkra így 2+1 fővel."
