The building is composed of a 2 flats condominium. One part is the flat of the owner, the other is an apartment, which issues from the garden with privat entry.
The casing is from oak tree everywhere - from the floor to the ceiling - in the flat except the bathroom.

The kitchen is well-equipped: cooker with ceramic top, microwave oven, fridge, pots, cutlery.
The apatmennt has 2 bedrooms, 1 of them is with double bed, the other room with twin beds and an inbuilt wardrobe.

There are 2 toilets, 1 is in the bathroom. The attic - up to the stairs - is able only for sleeping or for playing for children because of the low headroom.
