The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it has an air conditioner, equipped with moder furnitures and machinery. It is ideal for 1, 2 or 3 people as well (one double bed with a comfortable premium matrace and a simple sofa bed). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is located in the heart of the city centre, very close to the Szinva Terrace, on Széchenyi István street, which is the pedestrian street of Miskolc. Excl. City Tourism Tax, it has to be payed with cash at the arrival. 450Huf/p/night/+18.
This place located in the downtown, with a lot of opportunities to have a nice coffee, or get some nice foods, drinks, even going to clubs is not a problem by walk at all. Shopping malls, theatre, and cinemas are also really close. If you are planning to visit Miskolc because of a festival, you won't need a taxi, just a short walk to any of those.
The local transport is really relaible and frequent. If you arriving by car you have to pay ~400HUF/hour for parking in the whole downtown between 8:00am-18:00pm on weekdays. There is a Taxi station 100m away from the apartment. In January 2022, we installed roller blinds and roller shutters to ensure our guests' relaxation.
