Opened in July 2018, our apartment house is located in the center of Balatonlelle, only 150 meters from the town's main square and 450 meters from Lake Balaton, the open and Napfény beaches, 300 meters from a grocery store and 50 meters from Balatonlelle's largest, closed, always shaded playground.

Our apartments are for 2, 3, 4 and 6 people.

All of our apartments are studio-apartment (that is, one-story) designed with a separate entrance, ground-floor, modern-sounding, private spacious terrace, equipped kitchen and bathroom. Free air conditioning, Wi-Fi access, flat-screen television, cable TV service, Netflix service, barbecue facilities, one parking space per apartment is provided for guests (except for the 2-person apartment, which has a free parking space in the public area, but directly in front of the apartment building). The apartments are insulated, the interiors are noise-free, and the doors and windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

The apartments can be booked individually between May 1 and October 15, or the entire apartment building can be rented. We welcome our guests with discounted prices in pre- and post-season, or when renting an entire apartment house! When renting an entire house, a kettle, trampoline, ping-pong table, foosball table, and darts can also be requested.

We recommend our apartments to families with children, couples, several families vacationing together, larger groups of friends, bicycle hikers, and company gatherings. For everyone who likes to spend time together, but also enjoy the peace of privacy! It is also an ideal choice for our guests who do not come by car due to the proximity of the train station, bus station, bike path, the center, the beach and shopping opportunities.

Unfortunately, due to public health, allergy and hygiene reasons, our accommodation does not accept pets! We hope you liked it!
