"Camere foarte confortabila si locatie super accesibila. In primul rand, e important de stiut ca intreaga cladire are doar camere in regim hotelier, dar NU este un hotel (nu are receptie). Camerele sunt de tip self check-in, cu cod la intrarea principala si la camera, ceea ce e super convenabil, pentru ca nu trebuie tot timpul sa fii atent unde e cheia. Camerele sunt spatioase, curate, dotate cu de toate (AC, masa si fier de calcat, fierbator, frigider, TV, uscator de par, prosoape, papuci de casa). Patul si pernele sunt chiar confortabile, ceea ce rar se intampla. Am apreciat amplasarea AC-ului, pentru ca si daca il porneam cand stateam in pat, nu iti bate direct in cap. Baia arata super bine, moderna, cu dus walk-in destul de larg. Este aproape de Piata Unirii si centrul vechi (max 30 min de mers pe jos), dar si de multe statii de autobus si tramvai, cafenele, sectie de politie, Mega Image si o pizzerie destul de cunoscuta (Mamizza). Este si o gradina mica, cu cateva mese. Gazda a fost foarte amabila si responsiva. Eu am intrebat cu o saptamana inainte daca totul e in regula, avand in vedere ca rezervarea o facusem cu aproape un an inainte, mereu mi-a raspuns la mesaje. Sunt 2 locuri de parcare ale cladirii, dar in jur sunt strazi destul de linistita, cu destule locuri de parcare (gratuite). Totodata, se accepta si tichete de vacanta. Ce cred ca ar putea fi imbunatatit, dar nu le vad neaparat ca pe niste dezavantaje. Contactarea oaspetilor cu o zi inainte de cazare, nu chiar in ziua cazarii (sa scadem din anxietate si sa facem mai previzibile lucrurile). In baia din camera in care am stat nu era un loc unde sa pot pune lucrurile de baie, de exemplu o etajera sau ceva, desi spatiu pentru un astfel de loc era destul de mult. Tot legat de baie, sticla de la dus era destul de lata iar spatiul dintre sticla si perete e destul de ingust. O persoana mai solida s-ar fi chinuit putin sa intre. Pe casa scarii cladirii era destul de cald, ceea ce e normal. Deoarece erau multe parfumuri de camera cu bete, in combinatie cu caldura, cand intrai era un aer destul de inabusitor. Cred ca pe timpul verii se pot renunta la cateva parfumuri. Un ultim lucru, dar care tine si de administratia locala, ar fi colectarea selectiva a deseurilor. Momentan este un singur cos de gunoi, in baie. All in all am fost foarte multumiti de cazare, locatie si facilitati."

"Curățenie impecabila, un miros divin în toată încăperea. Dispune de toate cele necesare, fier de călcat cu masa, frigider, mini bar, TV, camera foarte mare și incapatoare, prosoape imaculate, produse igiena baie de top. Recomand cu toată încrederea! Cu siguranță vom reveni de fiecare data când venim în București! Nota 10 cu plus! Felicitări!"
