"A párommal 2 éjszakát töltöttünk itt, ennyi időre teljesen megfelelő volt a szálláshely, tömegközlekedéssel is könnyen megközelíthető ( kb 300 m sétával), a víz is 10 perc sétára van."

"Nem jelezték, hogy több lakásos házról van szó.amikor megérkeztünk , akkor szembesültünk vele. a másik a földszinten felújítási munkálatokat végeztek azt hittem szét megy a fejem attól a nagyon hangos zajtól.a szállásadó amikor megérkeztünk közölte velünk ha akarunk elmehetünk nem kell semmit sem fizetnünk. csak azt nem értem miért nem mondta nekünk elöző nap amikor beszéltünk , hogy milyen munka folyik a szálláson.akkor el sem indulunk , mert amugy is mi ketten szerettünk volna lenni a szálláson.mindig olyan szállást választunk."

Ismét elnézést kérek a zajhatásokért, azonban sajnos nem mi végzünk felújítást a házban, és emiatt nem is mi döntünk arról, hogy mikor és meddig végzik a munkálatokat. Emiatt van, hogy hetekig nem hallani semmit, illetve van, hogy napokon keresztül dolgoznak. Én úgy gondolom, hogy jóhiszeműen jártunk el, mert a felújítás általunk kiszámíthatatlan menete miatt nem tudtam volna előre megmondani, hogy az Önök foglalásának időtartama alatt is folytatják-e a munkát.
Az Önök érkezésekor konstatáltam magam is, hogy aznap ismét dolgoznak, ezért úgy gondoltam, hogy pont az ilyen lehúzós vélemények elkerülése érdekében felajánlom, hogy díjmentesen lemondhatják a foglalásukat, hiszen ez mindkét fél számára egy váratlan helyzet volt. Ennek ellenére Ön azt mondta nekem, hogy Önöket nem fogja zavarni a felújítás, mert alig lesznek a szálláshelyen, és mindenképpen szeretnék itt tölteni a hetet.
A lakás valóban egy többlakásos társasházban található, azonban úgy gondolom, hogy ez a leírásból és a képekből egyértelműen kiderül, ennélfogva nem igényel külön magyarázatot.
Örültem volna, ha az értékelésének többi szempontjához, különösképpen a "Személyzet" szakaszhoz is fűz szöveges kommentárt, mert csupán a pontokból nem tudom kikövetkeztetni, hogy miképpen tudtunk volna az Önök igényeinek megfelelőbb szolgáltatást nyújtani.
