"Aki szereti a kellemetlen meglepetéseket, annak nagyon ajánlom."

"A szállásadó az első találkozáskor még csak be sem mutatkozott. A hirdetményben és a foglaláskor kapott visszaigazolásban is az szerepelt, hogy 10 m távolságban ingyenes parkolás van. Ehhez képest a Gutenberg téren, ahol a szálláshely van, parkolási díjfizető oszlop fogad. (A szállásadó barátságtalanul elmagyarázta, hogy ő nem tehet róla, hogy bevezették a parkolást, és hogy az egész városban érvényes. Azt nekünk magunknak sikerült kideríteni, hogy szerencsére onnan nem messze véget ér a zóna...) A redőnyök le voltak szakadva, csomózgatva lehetett csak felhúzni. Törülközőt személyenként 1 db 45x90 cm-est kaptunk csak. A fürdőszobai fűtés nem működött. A lakótérben is barátságtalan hideggel fogadott minket a szállásadó, pedig a háznál várt ránk és pontosan tudta, mikor fogunk érkezni. A wifi kezdetben nem működött, a szállásadó nem tudta, mi baj lehet - mi vettük észre, hogy nincs bedugva a konnektorba... A fenti problémákat jeleztük rögtön érkezéskor, közülük a szállásadó kérésre se oldott meg (a megváltoztathatók közül) sem semmit, semmilyen árkedvezményt sem kaptunk, még elnézést sem kért. Utóbb még kiderült, hogy kádkilépő sincs, a zuhanyból a hideg kőre lehet kilépni. Nincs egy polc a fürdőben, ahová neszeszert le lehetne tenni, a mosdó alatti szekrénykében pedig valami szétkenődött maszat volt. Az apartman egyterű, a lakóteret a lépcsőháztól mindössze egy vékony ajtó választja el, melyen nagy üveges rész van, ahol éjszaka bevilágít a lépcsőházi fény. Ja és a "várra néző kilátás", amit a hirdetés ígér, egyszerűen nem létezik. Az apartman nagyobbik ablakai egy ronda tűzfalra néznek, a teraszajtó által biztosított "kilátás" a vár felé néz ugyan, de a szemétkonténerekkel tarkított parkoló és fák látszódnak csak, a vár nem..."
