In Ordacsehi, the proximity to Lake Balaton is just as attractive as the 4 km distance from it, which can be reached from the village to Lake Balaton in just 15-20 minutes on a bicycle path. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the summer Balaton, but you can also stay in the cottage, cool off in the shade of our wonderful walnut tree and enjoy the silence and tranquility of rural life! The Veranda Porta is an independent 70 m2 part of the house with a bedroom (with a double bed 180 x 200 cm) and a living room with a two-person pull-out sofa (140 x 200 cm when extended), which provides comfortable accommodation for a maximum of 2 people. The spacious living room is separated from the kitchen-dining room by our beautiful tiled stove. In addition, there is a spacious hall that leads to the bathroom with toilet. From the kitchen you can go out onto our spacious veranda furnished with garden furniture. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept your pets. Thank you very much for your understanding.

For us, Veranda Porta is the realization of a long-cherished dream that will finally come true in 2022. As a young couple, we vacationed around Lake Balaton many times and on every vacation we dreamed that one day we too would like a tiny little vacation home here, and one day maybe our biggest dream will come true and we will have a small guest house in the area. We didn't even dare to dream that all of this would be realized at the same time and that our house would be both our guest house and our own family home. After many years of searching, collecting and dreaming, now as a married couple and with a little miracle in our lives (our little boy Noel), we found "the House" in November 2020, which after half a year of uncertainty, excitement and waiting, finally officially became ours in the spring of 2021. Since then, we have called it "our Dream House", which has become both our home and our profession. We put our heart and soul into the renovation of the cottage, which took almost a year and we are still constantly beautifying it to make it as we dreamed it to be as soon as possible. Veranda Porta is in a completely separate part of the building, but since our apartment is next to it, we will definitely meet. The gate entrance is shared and we also park here in front of the house. We are not professionals, but we are very enthusiastic and we work every day to make sure that when you come to rest with us, you feel at least as good as we have since we moved here from the Great Plains.
