Comfortable holiday house of 189 m2 for up to 8 people with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool located in the quiet village of Savudrija 8 km from the center of Umag. The house is located on the edge of the border with the surrounding nature, meadows and forests and is only 800 m from the beach. The well-kept garden is decorated with plants and flowers that embellish the garden and the pool area to make your stay pleasant and relaxing. At the entrance, the large covered terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue, ideal for evenings with friends.
On the ground floor, the kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and dining table with chairs. The corridor equipped with air conditioning leads to two bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds from which you exit onto the terrace with garden furniture at the rear of the house. On the ground floor, there are two bathrooms each with a shower cubicle, sink, and mirror, and one with a washing machine. The large living room with sofa bed, flat-screen satellite TV, two air conditioners, free Wi-Fi internet connection, and an internal staircase leading to the first-floor attic. The upper floor has a living room with a sofa bed, table and 2 chairs, air conditioner, coffee table, and flat-screen satellite TV. From the living room access to the bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle, washbasin with mirror and toilet, and two bedrooms each with a double bed (160x200) and wardrobe.

The nearest pebble and rocky beach are only 800 m, the supermarket is 400 m in the campsite Veli Jože, and the restaurant is 500 m. The center of Bašanija where you will find the bakery, daycare, and greengrocer is 1 km from the house.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the waterfront for the joy of the children.
To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are various opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, horse riding centers
, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where you can practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat trips or by bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend unforgettable trips to the hinterland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, the small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world only 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For the joy of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more.

- to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.
