This beautiful, completely new in 2023, fully equipped holiday house Villa Bella with a heated pool and beautiful sea view is located in Klimno on the island of Krk. It is a semi-detached house, but it offers you complete privacy. Enjoy your vacation with family or friends in a beautiful holiday house that can accommodate up to 6 guests and is located walking distance to the sea.

You can enjoy the fully fenced property, cool off in the pool or simply sunbathe on one of the sun loungers by the pool. Al fresco dining is also possible thanks to the covered outdoor dining area and BBQ. There are 4 sun loungers by the pool so you can sunbathe or relax in the shade.

Large sliding doors lead from the terrace into the spacious and modern living room. The rooms in the holiday home are distributed on two levels - the ground floor and the first floor. The large and spacious living area on the ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with first class appliances such as an induction cooker, extractor hood, freezer, fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen utensils. Right next to the kitchen there is a dining table for 6 people where you can enjoy good food. In the living room there is a sofa and a flat screen TV. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms and a shared bathroom. All three rooms are equipped with double beds, TV, wardrobe and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, washing machine and towels.

The entire holiday home is air-conditioned, WiFi is available, all beds are made for you upon arrival, towels are also provided.

Krk is a beautiful island that offers a variety of activities to its guests. If you're a fan of beautiful beaches, there are quite a few on the island - from pebbly to rocky to pebbly to sandy.
