The villa consists of three levels (basement, ground floor and first floor) and a wonderful outdoor area.

The basement consists of useful spaces such as a garage with two parking spaces, a storage room and a laundry room. An internal staircase leads directly from the basement to the ground floor of the villa.

Furnished by designers, the interior promises a feel-good experience in every square meter of the house. On the ground floor, which can be reached via an internal staircase and an external staircase, guests of Villa Carolea can expect a large living/dining room in the same room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a wellness area including a sauna. From this level you have direct access to the villa's terrace and the pool area with swimming pool and whirlpool.

From the entrance area an internal staircase leads to the 1st floor where there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds. All bedrooms have breathtaking sea views, are air-conditioned and have a satellite TV.

The very inviting outdoor area of the villa consists of a 35 m² heated swimming pool, a whirlpool for 5 people and a very pleasant terrace with a barbecue and seating for everyone.

The walk to the sandy beach is only 850 meters and the distance as the crow flies is 600 meters. From this you can easily conclude that the path leads relatively directly to the sea.
