At the rear side of the building you'll find a spacious terrace of 70 square yards, nestling into to contours of the hillside and inviting you to an unhurried get-together with family and friends. Barbecue grill, baking oven, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a beautifully designed wine cellar ptovide every amenity required for outdoor repasts. Follow the garden path past a pond with a fountain, a garden lounge, a spacious lawn for games, and a Wendy house for the kiddies - everything surrounded by lovingly tendered gardening.

The basement of the villa a lavishly designed wellness area and a swimming pool provide relaxation and recreation. After a bath in the Finnish sauna or a stay in the infrared sauna you can refresh yourself in the snail shower, recover on the heated benches or get a drink from the minibar. Also on this level there is a meeting room with a capacity of twenty persons. For playing indoors, another room offers a tabletop football, a dartboard and (during the cold season) table tennis equipment. The swimmin pool is only available from April 1 to October 31. On request and liable to surcharges the water may be heated.

Fully equipped kitchens:
Both kitchens are equipped with a ceramic stove tops, baking oven, refrigerator, deep freeze, microwave oven, dishwasher and cooking utensils. They contain plates, glasses and cutlery for 10 persons. The house kitchen features an American refrigerator with an ice cube maker; a coffee machine, a toaster and an electric kettle are available as a matter of course. The cold water passes through a filter.

Game room:
The room is equipped with a LED TV, DVD player and CD player. Books and magazines are available. Here you also may dream in front of the open fireplace (we chop the wood) or meditate in front of the aquarium.

Other services:
The wellness area is available from 0 a.m. until 12 p.m., free of charge.
Upon arrival, grown-ups and children receive a welcome drink.
You'll be served a fresh fruit basket, daily.

Catering:
On request, we can fetch and serve lunch and dinner meals from the restaurant Sarokház Étterem. Dishes can be ordered via internet or from the menu in the restaurant.
