In a very nice environment, just a few steps from the beach and the sea, there is this dream vacation villa that is designed for up to 8 people.
From this villa everything is very easily accessible on foot. Although you live here out of the hustle and bustle, the nearest beach is only 70 meters away and the city center is only a 10 minute walk away.

The holiday villa spreads over two floors, a ground floor with direct access to the pool area and the 1st floor. The second floor is not rented and is not inhabited, so the villa is intended exclusively for a stay of 150 m2.

Ground floor:
The lower floor consists of a large, air-conditioned living / dining room with a very well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a bathroom that can only be reached from the pool.
The living / dining room as well as the bedroom and external bathroom have direct access to the pool area.

1st floor:
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All three rooms are air conditioned, have direct access to the balcony on the first floor and have a sea view.

All air conditioning units in this villa have not only a cooling function, but also a heating function for the colder months. The 4 bathrooms located inside the villa can be heated.
Washer and dryer are available.

Outdoor area:
The lovely outdoor space is designed so you have a lot of privacy throughout the outdoor space.
At its heart is a private pool of 32 m2, heated as needed, an outdoor shower, 6 deck chairs, garden furniture for all and a terrace with a charcoal grill. The pool measures 8 meters x 4 meters.
Parking is available on the fenced property of the house. Another parking space is available in front of the house. Parking spaces are free.
