This beautifully furnished holiday home for up to 8 people is located in a quiet small town in the hinterland of the popular holiday resort of Novi Vinodolski.
Relax away from the crowds in the newly built villa.There is a 24 m² swimming pool on the property. The large furnished terrace with grill and the loungers by the pool invite you to linger. Note: A maximum of one pet is allowed.
The 135 m² living space of the villa is spread over 2 floors.

Ground floor
The ground floor with access to the terrace with jacuzzi consists of a living area, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. In the living area you can pull out the couch, which is suitable for 2 people.

An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, which consists of 1 bedroom with double beds and 1 room with 2 separate beds, each with a bathroom with shower.

Basement floor
From the outside area you can reach the basement area where there is another bedroom with separate beds and a bathroom.

Stone house (next to the pool area)
As an extra there is a small stone house which is located on the same property. This room is intended as a lounge and is ideal for spending quality time with your loved one. There is a table football and a dartboard available for free use.
Here is a small kitchenette and a sofa bed for 2 more people. There is also a bathroom with a shower.

All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning.
