Villa Gisella Nedešćina Istria

Villa Gisella is a beautiful old, yet newly renovated stone house, situated in the small, quiet village Nedešćina in the Istria region. If you are a bit of a romantic or history lover, this lovely holiday house with a private pool will find something to fall in love with.

One of the main features of the romantic stone house is for sure the surrounding of the house. This is where you will spend most of your time when on vacation. Beautiful covered terrace with grill and lounge furniture will for sure be a perfect place for evening gatherings. Heated pool will be a place of relaxation and play. By the pool there are also several sundecks with sun chairs, showers and a large lounge sofa where you can enjoy the sun and have a good time.

On the ground floor by the main entrance is a hallway and an entrance to two bedrooms with king size beds. First bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning, TV, desk and a baby bed. Second bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin, toilet and hair dryer. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace where you can drink and relax on the coffee furniture.

First floor consists of an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for six people and a beautiful living room with cosy sofa and big screen TV. Kitchen is equipped with a cooker, microwave, refrigerator with deep freezer, toaster, water heater, coffee maker, dishwasher and all the cutlery you may need. Next to the kitchen is a comfortable dining area for 8 guests with access to a beautiful shaded terrace overlooking the pool. Living room has a cosy sofa, chair and big screen TV. Unique feature is a stairway from the living room that leads to the open attic. There is a hidden room with a work desk, laptop and printer, where you can find a private space for hoby or work. There is also a sofa with a bed function. So two additional guests can sleep on this sofabed.

At guests disposal are also an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and a drying machine. Children can have a fun time playing the Xbox or the board games and cards. Garden is completely fenced, in the front of the house there is also a parking for two cars.
