This area overlooks the pool with garden furniture and sun loungers. The garden has a summer kitchen and a covered terrace with a large dining table and barbecue. The terrace of the house offers an open view of the garden and the surrounding nature.
Villa Gracia is located in a fenced and landscaped garden of 1,000 m2, which is very suitable for large groups and families with children and pets, and is only 5 km from the sea and beach. The place is very quiet, no traffic.
