"Kedves fogadtatás, baráságos tulajdonosok. Az apartmanban nagy tisztaság fogadott minket, illetve minden rendelkezésre állt, amire egy ilyen egységben szükség van. Annak ellenére hogy közvetlenül a természet lágy ölén van, semmilyen rovarral, bogárral nem kellett hadakoznunk. Jól tudtunk pihenni, mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom tiszta szívből!"

"Segítőkész a recepciós és a tulajdonosok is. A szállás jó helyen van."
"Nem is negatívum, inkább ma kicsit furcsa. Az apartmanhoz külön kellett kérni ruhaszárítót, felmosót. Ezek inkább alapfelszereltségek már. Ami negatívum: reggelre ellepték a hangyák az egyik táskánk, a kinyitható kanapé ágyneműtartója nagyon poros, koszos volt. A belső ajtók borzasztó nehezen záródnak."

Köszönjök a tartalmas értékelését.
A ruhaszárító egy vizhez közeli apartmanban alaptarozék lehet, de mivel Visegrád távol van a strandoktól nálunk ez nincs bekészítve, de szívesen adtunk. Mivel közvetlenül az erdő mellett vagyunk, előfordulhatnak hangyák, sajnáljuk ha kint hagyták a teraszon a táskájukat és ellepték a hangyák. Az ágyneműtartós kanapé ágyneműtartójával nem kerülhetett kapcsolatba, mert nem volt felágyazva Önöknek, mivel csak 4-en voltak, de köszönjük az észrevételt. Az ajtókra nem érkezett panasz még, mivel még nincs egy éves az apartman, de ezt is kivizsgáljuk.
Összességében reméljük jól érezték magukat, mivel a szokásos 14 óra helyett, már 12.30-kor biztosítottuk Önöknek ingyenesen a szállást a gyermekek nyugodt alvása érdekében.
