​Villa Julija is a brand new villa with a heated pool that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The villa is located in the small and quiet village of Rasopasno on the island of Krk and is an ideal place for a vacation. The traditional Mediterranean designed villa offers a comfortable and modern interior as well as a spacious and pleasant environment where you can really relax. The villa has central underfloor heating and a cooling system. In combination with a heated swimming pool, it is an excellent choice if you are planning a spring or autumn vacation.

Villa Julija offers 140 m2 of interior space and stands on a 450 m2 plot. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a spacious common area with a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a dining table for eight people and a living room with a sofa and a flat screen TV. From the kitchen and dining room you have direct access to a covered outdoor terrace with a table for eight people. On the outdoor terrace you can prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes with a gas grill. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything a modern chef needs to prepare delicious meals. A spacious fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, kettle and all sorts of cutlery you might need to prepare meals. The spacious living room has a TV corner with a sofa and a big screen Smart TV. WiFi is available throughout the building. The sofa can also be made into a comfortable bed (160x200 cm) for 2 more guests.

The villa has three large en-suite bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. All three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm), air conditioning, television, dressing table and private bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. All bedrooms are prepared with bed linen and towels for guests, if necessary we can also prepare a cot and high chair. You also have a safe in the house. There is also an utility room in the house which is located on the first floor. There you will find an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and other cleaning supplies.

To make your holiday perfect, a large heated swimming pool awaits you in the garden, on the sun terrace you have 6 sun loungers, 2 parasols and an outdoor shower. The garden is spacious and on one level. While swimming in the pool or reading a book in the shade, you can enjoy the beautiful garden with olive trees and other Mediterranean plants. The garden is completely fenced, there are also 3 parking spaces next to the house, which are closed with electric gates. A charging station for an electric car is at your disposal.

Villa Julija is located in the small and quiet village of Rasopasno on the island of Krk. Beaches and towns are 3000 m away from the villa. Close enough for easy access but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Only 5 minutes drive from the villa is the town of Malinska, where you can find everything you need for a carefree vacation: shops, market, bars, nightlife, beaches.
