Villa Lota is a brand new semi detached holiday house with heated pool and sauna that can accommodate up to 5 guests. The villa is located in the small and quiet village of Sveti Ivan Dobrinjski on the island of Krk and is an ideal place for a holiday. The modernly designed villa offers a comfortable and modern interior and a spacious and cosy environment where you can really relax. You will have a dream holiday here. With heating, a heated swimming pool and a sauna, it is an excellent choice if you are planning a holiday in spring or autumn.

Villa Lota has 100 m2 of interior space and stands on a 320 m2 plot. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a common area with a modern kitchen, a dining room with a dining table for five people and a living room with a sofa and a flat screen TV. From the kitchen and dining room you have direct access to a covered outdoor terrace with a table for five people, and there is also a gas barbecue on the outdoor terrace, which you can certainly use to prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything a modern cook needs to prepare meals. A spacious fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, bottle cooler and all kinds of cutlery. The spacious living room has a sofa and a smart TV. The sofa in the common area can also be extended into a comfortable bed (90x200 cm) for one person if needed. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

The villa has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both located on the first floor. Both are equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm), air conditioning, TV, dressing table and private bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. All rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels. A cot and high chair can be provided if required. The holiday house also has a utility room, which is located on the ground floor. There you will find an iron, an ironing board, a hoover, a washing machine and other cleaning utensils.

In the garden, a heated swimming pool awaits you and on the sun terrace, 4 sun loungers and an outdoor shower are available to complete your holiday. Enjoy a dip in the pool or read a book in the shade on the beautiful terrace surrounded by greenery. The garden is completely fenced and there are 2 parking spaces next to the house, closed with electric gates. There is also a charging station for electric cars available.
