The house consists of two floors, the ground floor and the first floor.

The ground floor:
Here is a pleasant 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. From the ground floor you can reach the 1st floor via an outside staircase.

The 1st floor:
This floor consists of a large living/dining room with a very well equipped kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. from the living area you have access to a balcony of the house. From the kitchen you have a beautiful view of nature and the beautiful blue sea of the Adriatic Sea.

Outside:
The 110 m² outdoor area offers good privacy. The stay here is very pleasant due to the well-kept, Mediterranean garden, the existing seating, a barbecue, deck chairs and the whirlpool.
Various toys are also available.
