Villa Marietta of 160 m2 is located in Valica, a small town surrounded by greenery only 6 km from the center of Umag. The house is equipped with everything you need to spend your vacation in complete comfort, away from the city chaos in a very quiet place overlooking nature. In a few minutes by car, you can reach the top restaurants that offer excellent typical Istrian fish and meat menus, the center of Umag, and the market.
The house is ideal for couples, groups of friends, or families with children. The house offers everything you need for a relaxing and pleasant holiday.
In the fenced yard, there is an outdoor shower, barbecue, table with chairs, and deck chairs.
In front of the house, there are two parking spaces for safe parking.

The house is very spacious and consists of a living room, kitchen with dining area and bathroom on the ground floor, while upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large living room is equipped with two sofas, a coffee table, armchairs, a shelf, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, and a free Wi-fi internet connection. The living room opens onto a covered terrace equipped with a stone table and chairs. The terrace leads to a large garden with a barbecue and outdoor shower. The kitchen is equipped with an electro-ceramic hob with 4 plates, oven, range hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dining table with six chairs. The ground floor has a bathroom equipped with a shower, bidet, sink, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, exterior window, iron, and ironing board. An internal staircase in the house leads from the living room to the entrance hall with a mirror and an external window on the upper floor. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, air conditioning, a mirror, and a balcony. The bedroom has its own bathroom equipped with a shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, and exterior window. The second bedroom consists of a double bed (160x200), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, shelves with bedside lamps, and a mirror. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds that can be connected (80x200), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, air conditioning, and an exit to the balcony. The large bathroom has a bathtub, sink with cabinet and mirror, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, and an exit to the balcony. Bed linen and two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly).

The area is quiet, with lots of greenery around, the nearest beach is the one from the tourist resort Kanegra, and it is also the most beautiful beach on the Umag Riviera. The pebble beach surrounded by pine forests is suitable for shelter from the sun in the hottest hours of the day. Upon arrival, you will receive a pass for free entry to Kanegra.
The nearest supermarket is located in the tourist resort Kanegra, a restaurant is only 300 m away, Kanegra beach at 1500 m, while the center of Umag is 6 km from the house.

In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, aquarium, church and a walk through the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, a new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in shops or touring stalls and playgrounds on the waterfront for children.
To purchase a larger amount of groceries, we recommend going to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
The Umag area offers countless opportunities for recreation and leisure: tennis courts, Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, an equestrian center, sports centers for lovers of water sports such as water skiing, diving, boat rental, an adrenaline park for children, and minigolf course in Jangaloozo near the tourist resort Sol Stella Maris, slot clubs, casinos, cocktail bars, the possibility of various excursions by boat or bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, inns, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, and bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.
For days you want to spend other than staying on the beach or in the evening, we recommend an unforgettable exploration of the interior of Istria. Grožnjan is a picturesque town of artists with a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the valley of the river Mirna. Motovun, a typical medieval town located on a hill, is known for the film festival that has been held for years in late July. Livade is a town known for its white truffles located in a nearby forest. For lovers of astronomy and eager to admire the sky and stars, visit the Astronomical Center Visnjan, 30 km from Umag, with prior notice. For cave lovers, visit the beautiful small cave Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world only 60 km from Umag. Cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are also interesting, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited by organized excursions. Various excursions by boat "Fish picnic" are organized, with an offer based on fish or meat, during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj, Poreč, Lim Channel, or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in a beautiful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the amusement park in Funtana "Dino park", where entertainment is guaranteed for young and old. * We kindly ask our guests to follow the house rules:
- respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon break,
- for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,
- use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
