Villa Nevena Poreč

he location of Villa NEVENA is ideal for families who want to spend a relaxing holiday near tourist destinations, in this case near Poreč. Poreč is undoubtedly the jewel of Croatian summer tourism.
The holiday house "Nevena" was built in 2011, on a plot of 1000 m2. The entire field is fenced with a large stone wall and has its own privacy. On the grounds there is parking, a lawn, a swimming pool and a large covered grill with a huge wooden table and benches, where guests can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the shade, as well as play board games and have fun. The house has five bedrooms, two large bathrooms with toilet, one additional toilet on the ground floor, two kitchens, two living rooms, air conditioning system, terraces and balconies. The route to the holiday home "Nevena" goes: from Trieste - Kopar - Kaštel in the direction of Pula. At the village of Baderna, turn right towards Poreč and after 8 km before Firma Peguot, turn right towards the village of Buići. After approximately 400 m, you turn left at the newly built gray houses, and after 200 m you come directly to the "Nevena" holiday home. Near our house, at a distance of 500 m, there are 3 very good restaurants. A small store for food and household goods is at a distance of 1.2 km, while supermarkets Kaufland, Eurospin, Lidl, Plodine, Mc Donald and a shopping gallery are at a distance of 4.5 km before entering the center of Poreč.
We accept reservations exclusively from Saturday to Saturday from June 8 to September 14, 2024. We accept 2-3 families, a maximum of 10 people (including children) and a maximum of 2 medium-sized dogs. The price for dogs is 12 euros per dog per day. WE DO NOT ACCEPT GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE!!!
