Villa O'Lucky is a traditional stone house more than 100 years old on two floors with a beautiful green garden, a large swimming pool, a tavern for socializing and three terraces where you can sunbathe or just enjoy. It has been renovated with an exceptional sense of tradition and pure coastal style. Since you will spend most of your time outdoors during your summer vacation, next to the villa you will find a shady, green terrace equipped with a table for 10 people, a beautiful stone fireplace and a gas grill. Next to the garden there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace and deck chairs for sunbathing or relaxing. One of the most beautiful details of the villa is the second and third terrace, which you can reach via a staircase. The first outdoor terrace is intended for sunbathing, while the third covered terrace is mainly for social gatherings. In front of the holiday house is also a parking area in front of the house behind the walls, which is also used for outdoor games and table tennis. An important part of the villa is the traditional tavern “konoba”, which you enter from the shady terrace. The space is suitable for socializing and entertainment. The total outdoor area is 550 m2.

The interior of the house is furnished in antique style with accessories. The villa is on two levels - ground floor and first floor, with a total size of 140 m2. On the ground floor is one of the bedrooms with its own bathroom and private entrance from outside. Suitable for three people. Like the tavern mentioned earlier, it is also located on the ground floor. It is equipped with a kitchen, a dining area, a room for socializing and a toilet for guests. The kitchen has a sink, refrigerator, gas stove, ice maker and the necessary utensils for preparing food. In the social area you have a sofa and a very large dining area.

On the first floor there is a common area with a kitchen, dining room and living room with a comfortable sofa and LED TV and a freestanding wood-burning fireplace. The dining room is furnished with a dining table for four people, and the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a stove, fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker and all necessary dishes.

On the first floor there are also three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and one with a larger (120/200) and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a washbasin, a toilet and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are ready for you upon arrival.

The villa is air conditioned, has WiFi and also heating if required, making it suitable for holidays in the colder months. There is one parking space next to the house in the enclosed stone fence and extra three parking spaces by the house on private property. The house is completely fenced in and also suitable for a holiday with a dog.

Only 2000m from the house is the center of Šilo, where you can find various bars, shops, a market, a bakery, an information center, playgrounds for children, as well as the beach and the sea. Clean sea, well-groomed pebbly and sandy beaches are a real paradise for you.
