Villa Rustika Sužan Krk

On the property of 500 m² you will find a traditional villa suitable for six people. Villa Rustika is decorated in a lovely rustic style. After you finish with your delicious and healthy Mediterranean meal, right across the fireplace you will see a cosy covered terrace with a beautiful wooden outdoor dining table for six. The terrace  leads to the swimming pool and offers stunning  views of the manicured garden with its one hundred-fifty-year-old olive trees. The swimming  pool is the size of 20m2. You can relax by the pool  on wooden deck chairs or refresh under an outdoor shower.

There is also a second terrace with lounge furniture that is located on the first floor. Outside stairs lead to the big and sunny terrace, from where you can enjoy the beautiful Seaview.

Let us go to the villa. The ground floor has an open plan kitchen, dining room and living room area. The living room at villa Rustika is very cozy. Nestled around a fireplace, this comfortable space is wonderful for curling up, having a reading or sharing a laugh. There you will find a central firestone heating, a smart LED television with SAT programs and wireless Internet connection. Two additional people can sleep on the sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen  continues the seamless blend of Mediterranean and rustic design, as well as a dining table for six.On the ground floor is beside the entrance hallway a toilet.

Two  lovely double-bedrooms with a bathroom welcome you on the first floor. Each bedroom comes equipped with an air condition and provides a beautiful sea view. Fine linens and accoutrements provide peaceful nights of sleep.

You can also go on hiking tours through landscaped vineyard paths in the area. 15km from the villa you will find the beautiful towns of Malinska, Vrbnik and Krk. Restaurants and bars are available within 2 km. The market is available within only 20 meters. Be sure to try the famous Vrbnička žlahtina and traditionally prepared dishes of this region.
