On the ground floor, which can be reached via an internal staircase, guests of the villa have three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a wellness area. The wellness area is equipped with a whirlpool, a sauna and an additional bathroom. From this level you have direct access to the villa's terrace and the pool area with swimming pool and whirlpool.

1. floor:
The internal staircase takes you to the 1st floor, where you will find a large living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen in the same room, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet.

The entrance to this floor is from the parking lot and garage from the back of the house.
All bedrooms are equipped with double beds, are air-conditioned and have a satellite TV.

Outdoor area:
The very inviting outdoor area of the villa consists of a 24 m² swimming pool, a jacuzzi for 4 people and a very pleasant terrace with a barbecue and seating for everyone.

The walk to the sandy beach is only 850 meters and the distance as the crow flies is 600 meters. From this you can easily conclude that the path leads relatively directly to the sea.

All living spaces in the villa are air-conditioned, 2 parking spaces in the garage, 3 additional parking spaces on the property, 1 x electric charging station for electric cars.

The villa is in a secure private complex that can only be accessed with a code for the barrier. The house has a burglar-proof door, alarm system and surveillance cameras, and has a smart home system.

This villa is located in a quiet and idyllic setting and is therefore not suitable for partygoers.
