In this part of the villa there is one of the four bedrooms, which is equipped with all comforts including air conditioning, television and wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and a shower in the corridor.
The middle part of the house offers a spacious living area where you can relax comfortably on a large sofa. From this part there is direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the outdoor seating and admire the wonderful sea view. 

In addition, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower, making it comfortable for large groups or families.

Stairs lead up to the third level, where there is a fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This room is very romantic and offers privacy and comfort.
