It is spread over two floors. ground floor and first floor. The villa has a total of 3 bedrooms, each room is air-conditioned, has a TV, large wardrobes up to the ceiling and modern furniture.
The living room with kitchen and dining room is equipped with excellent inventory, a strong Wi-Fi network that covers the entire house as well as the outside yard. The living room opens onto a spacious terrace with seating, sunbathing, barbecue, swimming pool, outdoor shower and jaccuzzi. There are a total of 3 large bathrooms in the villa, which provides additional privacy.
It also has 3 parking spaces in the yard itself, which are fenced and has an electric remote control for opening the fence.

*In the living room there is a security camera that serves the owners during the winter period to monitor the house. The camera can be turned off especially when there are guests, so the villa is completely private. 
The villa is designed for  maximum 6 people.
