The house offers a beautiful view of the bay of Soline, city of Crikvenica and Gorski Kotar.

It is surrounded with green Mediterranean vegetation and several equally attractive summer houses nearby. The interior is furnished in the spirit of the local Mediterranean design and adapted to the needs and requirements of modern lifestyle. Outside, in the yard, there is a green mediterranean garden with three terraces and two sun deck chairs to dispose of. First terrace has lounge furnishing and it is located in front of the living room and it covers 22m2. Second terrace has a wooden dining table for 8 guests, barbeque, stone working table with sink, it covers 16m2. Near this terrace you can also find an outside shower. In front of the house are two spacious parking spots secured behind gates. Property is completely fenced.

When talking in numbers, Villa Toic is the size of 140 m2 and the plot covers an area of 250 m2. Access to the garage is from the front local road. Garage in Villa Toic offers one parking spot. By the stairway to the first floor is a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, hairdryer and towels.

Indoor stairway leads to the first floor. Three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms welcome you on the first floors. First master bedroom has a king size bed, air-conditioning, working desk, safe, private bathroom with a shower, basin, toilet and hairdryer and a terrace with a beautiful Seaview. Second master bedroom has a king size bed, air-conditioning and a terrace with a beautiful Seaview. Third bedroom offers a queen size bed and air-conditioning. Second bathroom offers a shower, basin, toilet, hairdryer, sink, heater and towels. Linens and accoutrements are provided for all our guests. All windows in the house have mosquito nets and shutters.

Restaurants, bars, bakery, market, gift shop, playground and small marina are available within 100 meters. You can also go on hiking tours through landscaped vineyard paths in the area. 15km from the villa you will find beautiful towns of Malinska, Vrbnik and Krk. Be sure to try the famous Vrbnička žlahtina and traditionally prepared dishes of this region.
